The substitute coordinator will still use traditional means of communication to coordinate substitutes. However, most of the work will be done automatically through the website by teachers requesting-off and the substitutes confirming these teaching assignments. In addition, the substitute coordinator will be able to view all changes that are occurring in the system. He or she will still be able to manually make changes whenever necessary, and call substitutes for any unconfirmed jobs. |
