Teachers create their own account in just a few minutes. Required information includes name, e-mail address, school building, subject, and grade. You may also post your classroom procedures, schedule, and upload lesson plans.
When a substitute accepts a job, they will be sent a "confirmation e-mail with the substitute's name. Substitutes will also be able to view the teacher's procedures, schedule, lesson plans, and a Google Map link to locate the different schools in a district.
Teachers may choose their top three substitutes and rank them accordingly. They can also choose two substitutes that they do not want in their classroom. |
