SubSmart Registry is a better product not because we have flashy graphics or a large marketing department, but because of its simple design. Its a better product because it was designed by a teacher for teachers.
Our system matches people based on both teacher and substitute input. It allows for easy navigation by all users making it very simple to use. It allows for human intervention to prevent or solve problems in a more convenient and proactive way.
The bottomline is: we are NOT an automatic system that is on autopilot without human control.
