We have completed a third year of substitute coordination at the Delmar Middle & High School. This year we saw a substanial increase in the number of substitutes working at Delmar and using our system. We believe that our easy to use system has attracted some of these substitutes. This year went very smooth with an over 99% job-fill rate. In addition, this year we saw the non-teaching staff using SubSmart for the 2009-10 school year.
Several new features were added this year. The No Substitute Needed button, Quarter Day option, and several powerful tools were added to provide better tracking of employee absences.
This summer we will post a detailed three year report on our system.
